Theodoros graduated from Athens Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University and subsequently pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with specialization in Labor Law. He is a member of the Athens Bar Association.
His professional practice operates at the intersection of Residency-by-Investment, strategic Real Estate acquisition, Corporate Establishment, and Commercial Law. He advises individuals, institutions, and corporate principals who view Greece not as a transactional opportunity, but as a strategic jurisdiction within a broader international framework of mobility, capital allocation, and business expansion.
Theodoros’ career has been shaped by deep engagement with the regulatory architecture of the Greek Golden Visa Program and the broader legislative framework governing investment and commercial activity in Greece. During his formative years in the legal field, he contributed to the legislative process as Legal Advisor on draft bills before the Greek Parliament, gaining direct exposure to statutory analysis, regulatory structuring, and constitutional compliance review.
